The wires are drawn  from the rods produced within the company and are used mainly in the electrical and food industry as well as in other industries.

Aluminium wire for metal-spraying

The unalloyed and alloyed aluminium metal-spraying wires are used for protection against corrosion, renewal of parts of machinery, repairing aluminium castings and for coating.

Chemical composition: According to EN 573-3:
  • EN AW-1050A [Al 99,5]
  • EN AW-1070A [Al 99,7]
  • EN AW-1080A [Al 99,8(A)]
  • EN AW-6060 [AlMgSi]
Dimensions: Ø between 0.5-4.0 mm.
Tolerance: According to customer requirements
Mechanical properties: Temper: hard (H18) tensile strength: min. 150 N/mm2 or according to individual requirements
Surface: Smooth, bright, clean and degreased upon request
Packing units: In coils:
  • inside Ø: 400 mm
  • width: 130-150 mm
  • weight: 20-40 kg
DIN 630 iron reel:
  • weight: 100-170 kg
DIN 300 plastic spool:
  • weight: 5-8 kg/spool
On customers reel:
  • outside Ø: 630 mm
Packing: Unless otherwise agreed the wires for metal-spraying are packed in crepe-natron paper, protecting it from corrosion and damage. The coils are tied with plastic bands min. 4 places.
The metal-spraying wire on spool is packed in PE foil, with absorbent silicagel, and put in cardboard boxes, which protect it from moisture, corrosion and damage.

All technical delivery conditions are agreed at the time of concluding the contract.
