In case required to publish a notice in the Cégközlöny (Company Gazette) according to the provisions of the Civil Code (Ptk.) or the Act on Transformation of Companies Act, Inotal Zrt. – according to Point 13.1 of its Articles of Association – has choosen to satisfy this obligation by publishing the notice on its official website.
